Bruce Wayne has an unlimited budget but wants to feel like he got a deal. Needs: secret cave, pole access, butler quarters, and reinforced walls. The realtor shows a 40th-floor penthouse. "Where's the cave?" "Sir, it's the 40th floor." "I'll build down."

Peter Parker needs high ceilings for web-swinging, windows that open, and a doorman who doesn't ask questions. Budget: $1,200/month. In Manhattan. Aunt May FaceTimes during every showing.

Superman & Lois: Fortress vs. Two-Bedroom

He wants a Fortress of Solitude. She wants a 2-bed in Metropolis. "We can compromise." "Clark, Antarctica is not a compromise." He keeps accidentally breaking doorknobs during the tour.

Bruce Banner needs reinforced everything on a modest scientist salary. Keeps getting excited and destroying houses mid-tour. "I love the kitchen—" *transforms* "HULK LOVE KITCHEN TOO" *kitchen gone*.

Diana wants a house that reminds her of Themyscira. Tests structural integrity by punching walls. "Please stop testing the load-bearing walls." Converts the garage into a sparring gym.

Arthur Curry needs direct ocean access. "Sir, there's a pool." "That's a bathtub with delusions." Fills the bathtub to hold meetings with fish. Every house has mysterious water damage.

Budget: whatever's in his pocket. Needs: nothing fancy, preferably a cabin. Realtor shows luxury homes. "Too many windows. Too many neighbors. Too many... everything." Buys the first cabin he sees.

"This dwelling has but THREE rooms? In Asgard, my closet had twelve." Keeps summoning lightning when the lights don't work. The inspection reveals scorch marks everywhere.

"I know this is a parody of House Hunters inside a parody website. Very meta." Budget: "Whatever the writers decide." Buys the worst house because "it has character, like me — deeply flawed but lovable."
