The Cloud Nimbus Story
From solo developer to team builder
One contract proved the model. One partnership made it real. Now the machine runs.
The solo years
For years, Glen did the solo thing. One Salesforce developer, one set of hands, every line of code written by the same person. It worked — in the way that doing everything yourself always works. You move as fast as one person moves, and no faster.
The ceiling was obvious. Only so many hours, only so many projects, only so much Glen. If he stopped, everything stopped. That is not a company. That is a job with extra paperwork.
The contract that broke the pattern
The Mobilization Funding contract through Danny at At Large changed the trajectory. At Large handled app development. Glen handled Salesforce. But the contract was big enough to require more than one person, which meant Glen had to bring people on.
That was the moment. Not some grand epiphany — just one contract too big for one person. Glen brought people in, delegated work, managed delivery instead of writing every line. And it worked better. He discovered something about himself: he was better at leading a team than being a team of one.
David Bingham and Nimba Solutions
Glen found David Bingham on the Salesforce subreddit years before any of this. David worked at Innovate for about a year — the same Innovate where Glen had spent time. They stayed in touch. When the time came to build something real, the partnership rekindled like it had been waiting.
David's middle name is Bradford.
You genuinely cannot make that up. Some partnerships are written in the source code.
David founded Nimba Solutions. Glen runs Cloud Nimbus LLC. Two companies, one mission, a growing team. David brings deep Salesforce delivery chops. Glen brings strategy, client relationships, and product vision. Together they cover ground that neither could alone.
The team
Glen Bradford
Cloud Nimbus LLC — Founder
Strategy, architecture, client relationships. Steers the ship. Does less code, more building.
David Bingham
Nimba Solutions — Founder
Salesforce delivery, technical leadership, Delivery Hub core contributor. Found on the Salesforce subreddit. Middle name: Bradford.
The team is growing. Cloud Nimbus and Nimba Solutions work together as one unit, bringing in specialists as projects demand.
Delivery Hub: the flywheel
Delivery Hub is free. Open source. A Salesforce-native project delivery and ticket management tool that any org can install at zero cost. Not a freemium trap — genuinely free. Every org using it is a potential relationship.
Delivery Hub goes free into an org
No cost, no friction. A Salesforce org installs Delivery Hub and starts using it for project delivery and ticket management.
The org sees value
Tasks get tracked, sprints get delivered, visibility goes up. The product earns trust by being useful.
The relationship forms
Every org using Delivery Hub is a potential consulting relationship. They already trust the product — now they trust the team.
The machine gets bigger
More orgs, more relationships, more delivery. Glen does less while the team does more. That is the architecture.
The vision
Glen does less. The machine gets bigger.
The team delivers. David and the team handle execution. Glen steers — strategy, relationships, product direction. The work gets done whether Glen is at his desk or not.
Delivery Hub gets into as many orgs as possible. Each org is a relationship. Each relationship is potential work. The team grows to meet the demand. That is not laziness. That is architecture.
You build the system so the system builds the thing.

What Cloud Nimbus means
Cloud Nimbus is not a brand exercise. It is the answer to a question Glen spent years figuring out: how do you build something that grows without requiring more of you? The answer was people. David. The team. A product that opens doors. A model where the work compounds.
The Mobilization Funding contract proved it. David and Nimba Solutions made it real. Delivery Hub made it scalable. Every piece was built by partners who chose to build together — not hired guns.
The best companies are not built by one person doing everything. They are built by the right people doing the right things.
