Laura Linnemeier

Salesforce professional at Innovate! Inc. Government implementation specialist. She has a shrine page because she earned one.

The Arc

Not everyone who works at a consulting firm leaves a mark. Some people show up, do the minimum, and move on. Laura Linnemeier was not that person. At Innovate! Inc., she was part of the team that delivered government Salesforce implementations — the kind of work where the stakes are real, the requirements are complex, and there's no hiding behind buzzwords.

When I say she earned this page, I mean it. Innovate! had a team of people who genuinely cared about the work and about each other. Laura was part of that team. She contributed to projects that mattered, worked alongside some of the best Salesforce professionals I've ever known, and did it all without needing to be the loudest voice in the room.

This page exists because some people deserve to be recognized. Laura is one of them.

Career Timeline

Government Salesforce Specialist

Innovate! Inc. / Federal Clients

Continued Impact

Continued to build and deliver in the Salesforce ecosystem. The kind of professional whose work speaks louder than any certification or title ever could.

What Laura Brings

Government Salesforce Implementations

Federal government projects demand precision, compliance, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Laura delivered in that world consistently.

Salesforce Consulting

The ability to understand what a client needs, translate it into a technical solution, and deliver it on time. Not everyone can do this well. Laura can.

Team Collaboration

Government implementations are team sports. Laura worked effectively alongside developers, PMs, BAs, and stakeholders to get projects across the finish line.

Reliability & Execution

When you work on federal contracts, there is no room for excuses. You either deliver or you don't. Laura delivered.

How I Know Laura

Innovate! Inc. — we worked together

Laura and I were both part of the Innovate! Inc. team. That was a special group of people — Josh Long, Catherine Nolan, Jordon Schulman, Matt Brumberger, Stacey Cogswell, Tom Perkowitz, Chris Masters, Phil Thomas, and others who made government Salesforce work something you could actually be proud of.

Working on federal implementations means you spend a lot of time in the trenches with your team. You learn who shows up when it matters, who follows through, and who you can count on when a deadline is real and the client is watching. Laura was someone you could count on.

I don't hand out shrine pages casually. This site has hundreds of pages, and every Innovate! colleague who has one earned it through the work they did and the impact they had. Laura earned hers.

Why She Matters

The Salesforce consulting world is full of people who talk a good game. It's much smaller when you filter for people who actually deliver, especially on government contracts where the margin for error is thin and the accountability is real.

Laura Linnemeier is in that smaller group. She was part of a team at Innovate! Inc. that built things that mattered for agencies that needed them. Not everyone gets recognized for that kind of work. This page is my way of making sure Laura does.
