Jordon Schulman

Jordon Schulman, Esq.

Salesforce and Public Affairs Professional helping you get the most out of the platform. Client Engagement Manager at PruTech Solutions. Former VP of Salesforce Operations at KnowWho. Attorney turned tech leader. Washington, DC.

The Arc

Most people in Salesforce came from tech. Jordon came from the courtroom. He spent four years as a practicing attorney — three and a half of those as a public defender in Maryland, managing 150 clients and a daily docket of 7-10 cases. That kind of workload teaches you something no Salesforce certification can: how to prioritize, how to think under pressure, and how to advocate for people who need help.

Then he made the jump. Joined Innovate! as a Cloud Services Advisor working on Salesforce implementations for the EPA. From there, he climbed from Director to VP of Salesforce Operations at KnowWho, where he built products for the AppExchange, managed Salesforce partnerships, and led the company to Crest status in the .Org ISV Partner Program.

Today he's at PruTech Solutions managing client engagement — bringing together his legal mind, his Salesforce expertise, and his public sector experience into one package that's hard to find anywhere else.

Career Timeline

2006 - 2010

Associate Attorney

Randall & Sonnier, LLC

Started in civil litigation — divorces, domestic disputes, breach of contract. Drafted appellate briefs, prepared motions and subpoenas. Learned to argue, negotiate, and think on his feet. Skills that would prove surprisingly useful in enterprise software sales.

2010 - 2013

Assistant Public Defender

Office of the Public Defender, Maryland

Managed a daily docket of 7-10 cases and a caseload of 150 clients. Conducted investigations, developed case theory, prepared pleadings and motions. Reviewed draft legislation. The kind of high-volume, high-stakes work that teaches you to prioritize ruthlessly.

2014 - 2017

Advisor, Cloud Services Team

Innovate! Inc.

The pivot. Jumped from law into Salesforce administration, development, and platform integration. Worked on EPA implementations including the Safer Choice Program and Office of the Science Advisor. Data migration, business intelligence, end-user support — the full stack of cloud services work.

2017 - 2021

Director → VP, Salesforce Operations and Strategy

KnowWho, Inc.

Developed and managed the product roadmap for KnowWho Salesforce products on the AppExchange. Worked with Salesforce Architects and Certified Developers to align with release roadmaps and security best practices. Led KnowWho to Crest status in the .Org ISV Partner Program. Built go-to-market strategies and managed strategic alliances with Salesforce Core, .Org, and Public Sector teams.

2021

Director, Salesforce & Integrations Strategy

Phone2Action (now Capitol Canary from Quorum)

Joined through acquisition. Led Salesforce integrations strategy, development, and customer engagement. Short stint, big impact — bridging the gap between advocacy tech and the Salesforce ecosystem.

2021 - 2022

VP, Salesforce Operations and Strategy

Kander

Strategic partnerships, client relations, and Salesforce strategy at the VP level. Relationship building and problem solving across the Salesforce ecosystem.

2022 - 2023

Salesforce Regional Sales Director, State and Local Government

AST LLC

Brought his public sector expertise to AST, selling Salesforce solutions to state and local government. Strategic partnerships, client relations, and the kind of complex deal-making that only someone who understands both government and technology can pull off.

2023 - 2025

KnowWho Salesforce Channel Manager → General Manager

Quorum

Returned to the KnowWho product line under Quorum. Managed the Salesforce channel, drove customer satisfaction, and eventually took over as General Manager. Product management, strategic partnerships, and project management.

2025 - Present

Client Engagement Manager

PruTech Solutions, Inc.

Currently managing client engagement at PruTech Solutions in Washington, DC. Hybrid role bringing together his legal background, Salesforce expertise, and public affairs knowledge to help clients get the most out of the platform.

How I Know Jordon

Salesforce ecosystem, real recognize real

Jordon and I connected through the Salesforce ecosystem. When you've been in the Salesforce world long enough, you start to recognize the people who actually get things done versus the people who just talk about it. Jordon is firmly in the first camp.

What sets Jordon apart is the legal background. Most Salesforce professionals came up through IT or sales. Jordon came up through the courtroom. He was a public defender — the kind of lawyer who fights for people who can't fight for themselves. That gives him a perspective and a work ethic that you can't teach in any bootcamp or certification program.

Thanks GB! — that's Jordon. The kind of person who says thank you and means it.

Why He Matters

The intersection of law, public affairs, and Salesforce is an incredibly narrow Venn diagram. Jordon sits right in the middle of it. He can build a product roadmap for the AppExchange, manage a strategic partnership with Salesforce .Org, sell to state and local government, and read a contract with a lawyer's eye — all in the same week.

He's the kind of person who makes organizations work better not by being the loudest voice in the room, but by being the most prepared. When you've managed 150 public defense clients simultaneously, everything else is just project management.
