The Fisher and Reid

The Fisher and Reid Plaintiffs filed their reply yesterday, and a copy's attached to this e-mail message.  They tell Judge Sweeney she needs to look at the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision in Tyler v. Hennepin County and consider if that ruling abrogates the Federal Circuit's ruling against Fairholme.
