The Kelly case was reassigned to Judge Silfen yesterday, and a copy of the order memorializing that action is attached to this e-mail message. At https://www.cofc.uscourts.gov/molly-r-silfen the Court's Web site indicates Judge Silfen joined the Court three weeks ago.
