@brinks civil asset forfeiture @irsnews Brinks travels around with lots of cash
just saying, maybe your business model involves taking from people who don't have enough to defend themselves properly, and ok, fine, good for you...
but, seriously, why aren't police pulling over Brinks security trucks and seizing their money? i mean, maybe Brinks has a manifesto of sorts that alludes to the "purpose" of the money that they are carrying, ... and if that is the case then perhaps what we need to do is carry something like that in our glove box... there has to be some sort of generic form perhaps that would apply in mostly every situation where you fill in the dates when you get pulled over.. who knows..
but, i mean, what's funny to me is that the IRS says they are cutting down on this practice.. i say BS. i bet they are ramping it up, look at their total volumes, up year over year... what they say they are doing and what they are actually doing are two different things. i'm not calling them a liar.. i'm just saying that is what i would do if i was a liar and i was them. the best thing about being them is that they are no specific person... they are a group of people who make less than they think they should and somehow justify what they do ...just like everyone else.
anyway, this is more about awareness... that and jury nullification
