Last month Judge Robin M. Meriweather dismissed Mr. Angel's complaint in Angel v. United States No. 25-cv-2040 with prejudice and entered an anti-filing injunction prohibiting him from filing additional complaints in the Court of Federal Claims without leave of the Chief Judge. Last week Mr. Angel filed a motion for reconsideration.
