About This Ranking
This is my personal ranking of the 25 best real estate agents in Miami Beach as of 2026. Sales figures are sourced from The Real Deal, Hollywood Reporter, FastExpert, and brokerage press releases. Credentials are verified through public records.
Each agent is scored on three dimensions out of 10: Local Knowledge (how deeply they know Miami Beach), Client Experience (reputation for service and responsiveness), and Track Record (sales volume, notable deals, longevity). Maximum score is 30.
Full disclosure: the #1 agent is my landlord. I make no apologies. This is my website and he answers texts on Sundays.

The Rankings
25 Miami Beach real estate agents. Scored by local knowledge, client experience, and track record. Sorted by total score.
Trust Group Realty LLC · Miami Beach single-family property management · 7 years
Lives on the same street as the properties he manages
FSU grad who went from boat sales at Miami Nautique to pharma recruitment at Discover International before realizing the family real estate business was his calling. His parents bought property on W 28th Street in 2005 for $490,000 and transferred it into the Cameron Family Trust in 2012. Coleman manages it all personally.
Why This Rank
When your landlord lives on the same block, answers texts on Sundays, and his mother personally reviews the lease, that is a level of care no billion-dollar brokerage can replicate. The #1 ranking is not about volume. It is about trust.
Coldwell Banker — The Jills Zeder Group · Ultra-luxury waterfront estates · 30 years
$1.4 billion in sales (2024)
The Jills have been the top-producing team in Florida for over two decades. Together with Judy Zeder, they form a powerhouse trio that has closed more Miami Beach waterfront deals than arguably anyone else in the city's history.
Why This Rank
The undisputed queens of Miami Beach luxury. $1.4B in a single year is absurd. They only miss #1 because they have never personally texted me back on a Sunday.
Luxe Living Realty (Owner/Broker) · Celebrity and ultra-high-net-worth luxury sales · 30 years
$6 billion+ career sales, #1 Realtor in Miami-Dade 2017-2022
Started in Beverly Hills in the early 90s before moving to South Florida. Closed the record-breaking sale of 4736 North Bay Road to David and Victoria Beckham for $72.25 million. $362.4 million in 2024 alone.
Why This Rank
Six billion dollars in career sales and she sold the Beckhams their house. Dora Puig is the definition of Miami Beach luxury real estate. She runs her own brokerage because no one else's brand was big enough.
Compass — The Carroll Group · Luxury residential, new development · 18 years
$5.5 billion career sales, $544.9M in 2024
Built a team of 50 professionals from scratch since 2008. The Carroll Group is one of the highest-producing teams in all of Florida. Chad has been featured on Million Dollar Listing and regularly represents properties above $20 million.
Why This Rank
Half a billion in a single year with a 50-person team. Chad Carroll built an empire at Compass and shows no signs of slowing down.
Douglas Elliman · Waterfront luxury, celebrity clientele · 21 years
$3 billion+ lifetime sales, $600M in 2023
Has been selling real estate in Miami Beach since 2005 and consistently ranks among the top agents in the entire state. Known for her discretion with high-profile clients and her ability to close deals that other agents cannot.
Why This Rank
Three billion in career sales through Douglas Elliman. Dina is the kind of agent whose phone rings when someone wants to quietly buy a $30 million penthouse.
Compass · Record-breaking luxury estates · 20 years
$1.3 billion career sales, sold Arsht Estate for $106.8M
In 2022, Ashley exclusively listed and sold the Arsht Estate — the highest-priced residential property ever sold in Miami-Dade County at $106,875,000. That single deal put her in a category that most agents will never reach.
Why This Rank
She sold a $107 million house. In Miami-Dade. The record. That alone earns a top-10 spot for life.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM · Miami Beach waterfront, North Bay Road · 25 years

$259 million in deals, including a $38.5M Chris Bosh mansion
Sold a $38.5 million Miami Beach mansion once owned by NBA star Chris Bosh. The Waterfront Team name is not aspirational — it is literal. They do not sell condos in Hialeah.
Why This Rank
When NBA players need to sell their Miami Beach mansion, they call Albert and Mirce. That tells you everything.
The Agency · Celebrity and entertainment industry clients · 18 years
Deals with Lady Gaga, LeBron James; led The Agency's Miami expansion
A mainstay on The Hollywood Reporter's top agents list in Los Angeles, Santiago led The Agency's expansion into Miami. He brought his A-list celebrity rolodex with him and has been connecting Hollywood money to Miami Beach real estate ever since.
Why This Rank
When Lady Gaga's agent needs a house in Miami, they call Santiago. He bridged the LA-Miami luxury pipeline.
Douglas Elliman · Celebrity estates, record-setting sales · 15 years
$1.5 billion career sales, $159M in 2022

Providing real estate services since 1986

Why This Rank
Four decades as an independent in a market dominated by mega-brokerages. Alex Shay is a survivor.
Independent · High-volume residential transactions · 15 years
Top 1% in Miami-Dade for properties sold

Why This Rank
Top 1% by volume. While the luxury agents chase one big whale, Mario closes 50 deals a year.
One Sotheby's International Realty · Lifestyle-based properties · 12 years

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the best real estate agent in Miami Beach?
According to our ranking, Coleman Cameron of Trust Group Realty LLC takes the #1 spot for his unmatched local knowledge, personal service, and family-rooted approach to property management. For luxury sales volume, The Jills Zeder Group and Dora Puig consistently lead Miami Beach.
How much do top Miami Beach real estate agents sell per year?
The top-producing agents in Miami Beach close hundreds of millions per year. The Jills Zeder Group closed $1.4 billion in 2024, while Dina Goldentayer closed $600 million in 2023. Even mid-ranked agents on this list regularly close $100 million or more annually.
What should I look for in a Miami Beach real estate agent?
Local knowledge is the most important factor. Miami Beach has distinct neighborhoods — South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, Sunset Islands, La Gorce — and each has different zoning, pricing, and character. An agent who lives in the area and specializes in your target neighborhood will outperform a generalist every time.
Are the ratings on this page objective?
No. These are Glen Bradford's personal ratings based on publicly available data, personal experience, and a healthy dose of bias toward his own landlord. The sales figures and credentials cited are real, but the subjective ratings reflect one person's opinion.
How did Coleman Cameron get ranked #1 over agents with billions in sales?
Because this is Glen Bradford's website and Coleman is his landlord. The ranking criteria value personal service and local knowledge alongside raw sales volume. Coleman lives on the same street as the property he manages, responds on Sundays, and his mother reviews the lease. Try getting that from a billion-dollar brokerage.
