Coleman Cameron
Licensed Florida real estate sales associate. FSU graduate. Miami Beach native managing family properties through Trust Group Realty LLC. The kind of agent who lives on the same block as the homes he manages.
The Arc
Coleman Cameron graduated from Florida State University in 2018 and got his real estate license a year later. But he's not your typical real estate agent — he's done pharmaceutical recruitment, marine sales, and property management. The thread that runs through all of it is Miami Beach. This is his home turf.
His family has owned property in the 33140 zip code since 2005. The Cameron Family Trust holds the real estate, and Coleman manages it through Trust Group Realty LLC — a boutique brokerage that operates across Miami Beach, Bay Harbor Islands, and Bal Harbour. He literally lives on the same street as the properties he manages. You can't fake that kind of local knowledge.
Between real estate, Coleman spent time at Discover International placing QA and validation consultants into pharma companies, and at Miami Nautique International selling high-end watercraft. The guy has range. But the constant has always been Miami Beach real estate — it's not just his job, it's his family's legacy.

What Coleman Brings
Miami Beach Real Estate
Born and raised in the area, Coleman knows Miami Beach real estate the way only a local can. Not just the market data — the neighborhoods, the streets, the buildings. He manages properties in the 33140 zip code because that's home.
Property Management
Managing family-owned rental properties through the Cameron Family Trust. Handles lease negotiations, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, and the thousand small things that keep a property running well. This isn't a corporate REIT — it's family property managed by family.
Pharma & Biotech Recruitment
Placed QA consultants, validation engineers, and FDA auditors into major pharmaceutical and medical device companies. The kind of technical recruitment that requires actually understanding what a CAPA specialist or a CSV validation engineer does.
Marine Sales
Nautique is not an entry-level brand. Selling parts and inventory for high-end watercraft in South Florida means knowing the product, knowing the customer, and knowing that the person spending six figures on a boat expects you to know your stuff.

How I Know Coleman
He's my landlord — or about to be
I found the listing for 329 W 28th Street on a rental site in April 2026. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, built in 1930, minutes from the beach in Miami Beach. Coleman was the listing agent. We talked, I liked the place, and the negotiation started.
Before I committed to a significant prepayment, I did what anyone should do — I verified everything. Checked his real estate license on the Florida DBPR website. Looked up the property ownership on the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's site. Confirmed the Cameron Family Trust actually owns the property. Checked the LLC registration. Found his LinkedIn. Everything checked out.
Coleman's parents — Kenneth and M Cameron — bought this property in 2005 for $490,000 and transferred it into their family trust in 2012. Coleman lives on the same street. He got his real estate license in 2019 and manages the family's properties through Trust Group Realty LLC. This isn't some faceless property management company — it's a family operation, and Coleman is the one who picks up the phone.
I told him my family story — the Bradfords from the Midwest, the Buhners who invented intrastate trucking and fought the railroad companies in DC. He asked about the Cameron story. Families with property in trust tend to have good stories. I respect that.
Why He Matters
In a world of corporate landlords and anonymous property management companies, Coleman Cameron is the opposite. He manages his family's properties. He lives on the same street. He picks up his phone. He's transparent about who owns the property and why the terms are what they are.
He's young, he's got range — pharma recruitment, boat sales, real estate — and he takes the family business seriously. When his family got burned by a bad tenant, they adjusted their terms to protect themselves. That's not greed, that's learning from experience. I can respect someone who tells you exactly why the deal is structured the way it is.
