16-00193-0034FHFA sent Judge Sleet a letter today advising the Court that Mr. Pagliara moved to dismiss his appeal to the Fourth Circuit, and a copy of that letter is attached to this e-mail message.  FHFA argues that because Mr. Pagliara has abandoned his appeal to the Fourth Circuit, that should moot his opposition to substitution in the Delaware litigation and insulate Fannie Mae's books and records from shareholder review.
