FHFA alerted Judge Sleet yesterday about Judge Scola's decision in Edwards v. Deloitte, and sent the Delaware court a letter echoing the letter sent to the D.C. Circui a few days ago. A copy of FHFA's letter to Judge Sleet is attached to this e-mail message.
