$FNMA #FANNIEGATE

FHFA wants the D.C. Circuit to know about Judge Scola's decision in Edwards v. Deloitte, and sent the appellate tribunal a letter about it today.  A copy of FHFA's letter is attached to this e-mail message.  FHFA says that Judge Scola's deciison is consistent with FHFA's position: GSE shareholder claims are derivative, and HERA bars those claims.14-5243-1656790
