The jury sent Judge Lamberth a note Friday afternoon, to which His Honor responded this morning. The jury sent another note this morning declaring an impasse in deliberations. Copies of those three documents are attached to this e-mail message. The docket indicates shareholders moved for a mistrial, Judge Lamberth initially denied and then granted the request, and an order will be forthcoming.
