Three documents were docketed this afternoon in the Collins case:
-- Doc. 92, notifying parties-in-interest Judge Ellison will entertain oral argument on the government's motions to dismiss at 3:30 p.m. on Mon., Nov. 7;
-- Doc. 93, which is Treasury's statement saying the Fifth Circuit's CFSA v. CFBP opinion has no application to the Collins case; and
-- Doc. 95, where FHFA says the Collins Plaintiffs misunderstand the CFSA v. CFBP decision;
and copies of these three filings are attached to this e-mail message.
