The parties met with Magistrate Bowbeer this morning and agreed (x) the Bhatti Plaintiffs will file a second amended complaint by Wed., Jan. 26, 2022; (y) the parties will provide a status report to the court in early-March outlining how they'd like to proceed; and (z) the government will respond to the amended complaint by Fri., Mar. 11, 2022.
