Three documents are attached to this e-mail message:
(A) Judge Lamberth's opinion (Doc. 138) and order (Doc. 139) granting the parties' class certification requests and making it clear there's no distinction among shareholders based on the date they acquired their shares; and
(B) a Sixth Amended Scheduling Order (Doc. 137) stretching the deadlines for summary judgment briefs to be filed and continuing to target a July 11, 2022, trial date.
