Mr. Angel filed his third lawsuit in the Court of Federal Claims on June 1, 2023.  The government filed its motion to dismiss on Oct. 13.  Three days later, Mr. Angel asked Judge Sweeney to delay briefing on the motion to dismiss and permit discovery.  In November, the government objected to the discovery request and Mr. Angel filed a reply.  Judge Sweeney issued her decision yesterday saying the discovery Mr. Angel wants to obtain is irrelevant to the resolution of the government's dismissal request.  Copies of the six filings since June are attached to this e-mail message.
