The maintenance model is where this gets interesting. Offer website hosting, updates, and support for $50-150/month per client. Build 20-30 maintenance clients and you have $1,000-4,500/month in recurring passive income. Each new site you build adds another maintenance client. Over 12-18 months, the maintenance income can exceed the project income — and it arrives automatically every month.
