Dwyane Wade's 2006 Finals performance is the single greatest individual championship series by a guard not named Michael Jordan. After falling behind 0-2 to the Dallas Mavericks, Wade averaged 39.3 points over the final four games to lead the Heat to their first championship. His attacking style — relentless drives to the basket, creative finishes through contact, and an ability to draw fouls that bordered on supernatural — made him nearly impossible to stop when he reached top gear.

Wade's partnership with LeBron James in Miami produced two championships (2012, 2013) and four consecutive Finals appearances.
