Why I Built These
I kept running into the same small daily frictions — bandwidth getting eaten, ports conflicting, processes pegging my CPU, clipboard history gone, log files scattered, startup bloat piling up.
So I built a tool for each one. Each app solves exactly one problem, does it well, and gets out of the way. No subscriptions, no sign-ups, no data collection. Download the .exe, run it, done. The way developer tools should work.

Bandwidth Governor
Rate-limit upload/download bandwidth per-app via Windows QoS policies.

No Installer
Download the .exe. Run it. That is the entire setup process. No wizard, no “Next, Next, Finish.”
No Account
No sign-up, no login, no email capture. The tools work immediately, offline, with zero personal information.
No Telemetry
Nothing phones home. No analytics, no crash reporting, no usage tracking. The source code is public — verify it yourself.
License
BSL 1.1 — Converts to Apache 2.0
All tools are licensed under the Business Source License 1.1. You can read, fork, learn from, and use them freely. Each release converts to the fully permissive Apache 2.0 license after 4 years.
The BSL prevents someone from repackaging the tools and selling them as their own while they are actively maintained. After the conversion date, they are fully open source with no restrictions.
