it's funny how tax collectors masquerade around as taxpayers, isn't it?

I'd like to know how much taxes US Treasury has paid, just saying. Talk about the revolving payments and circular draws, they pay their employees so that their employees can pay them back. Why don't they restructure that obligation and force them into servitude?
