i saw a document that you didn't file that looks like it should have been filed, and i saw that this case was dismissed but is on appeal and it's interesting because now, there's this document, and not only is there this document but over in another court there are thousands of documents that you don't want anyone to see, and this document demonstrates that your preference is outside the scope of the prevailing statutory law HERA
