$FNMA laughs joined at the hip victory laps

what I’ve heard so far 19 tends to suggest that FHFA is -- I don’t want to say joined 20 at the hip with Treasury -- but it doesn’t sound like they’re 21 necessarily an independent entity that’s just not -- has no 22 connection to the Government.
