The Delaware Plaintiffs advised the MDL Panel last week that they intend to strike Counts III through X of their Complaint initiating Jacobs v. FHFA, and a copy of the filing making that disclosure is attached to this e-mail message.  With that change to the Complaint, the Delaware Plaintiffs will be asking Judge Sleet to rule solely on whether the Net Worth Sweep is inconsistent with Delaware and Virginia corporate statutes once he lifts the stay in Jacobs v. FHFA.MDL 2713-0035

Ms. Robinson advised the MDL Panel this week that her Amended Complaint in Robinson v. FHFA is no longer under seal and may be freely referenced in open court.  A copy of Ms. Robinson's filing is attached to this e-mail message.MDL 2713-0036
