Judge Lamberth entered an order (and an opinion explaining his reasoning under seal) this evening denying the shareholders' motion for leave to amend their pretrial statement to include reliance damages, serve a supplemental expert report about reliance damaged by Dr. Mason, and alter the trial schedule.

FHFA, Fannie and Freddie filed a reply in support of their position about former Director DeMarco testifying one time in the course of the trial.
