Following entry of Magistrate Scoles' order this afternoon, the Saxton Plaintiffs filed their Motion for Leave to Amend their Complaint.  A copy of that filing is attached to this e-mail message.  The Motion indicates that the Amended Complaint will be filed under seal because it incorporates factual information uncovered by Fairholme through discovery that is under wraps as of today.15-00047-0051
