Robinson vs. FHFA:

The Sixth Circuit granted Ms. Robinson's request for more time to file her opening brief, and the Court established this new briefing schedule:

-- Ms. Robinson's opening brief is due Feb. 10, 2017; -- FHFA and Treasury's opening briefs are due Mar. 13, 2017; and -- Ms. Robinson's reply brief is due by Mar. 27, 2017.

Saxton vs. FHFA:

The Clerk made a notation on the docket sheet in Saxton v. FHFA yesterday saying, "Magistrate Judge Kelly Mahoney added. Clerk checked for conflicts - none found. Magistrate Judge Jon S Scoles no longer assigned to case."
