Magistrate Scoles entered an Order this morning reinstating a stay of the deadline to file an Administrative Record in Saxton v. FHFA, and copy of Judge Scoles Order is attached to this e-mail message.  If FHFA and Treasury's anticipated motions to dismiss are denied, the Court will revisit an Administrative Record's necessity.15-00047-0074
