The Saxton Plaintiffs' lead lawyer in Iowa filed a Motion for leave with withdraw his appearance in Fairholme v. U.S. today, and a copy of that filing is attached to this e-mail message. Because Judge Sweeney previously entered an Order (Doc. 267) striking his appearance in the Court of Federal Claims (but not impeding his access to Fairholme's discovery materials), the purpose of today's filing is unclear to me.
