The parties in the Sisti, Boss and Montilla cases pending in the First Circuit debating if FHFA is a government actor have agreed to coordinate all appellate proceedings and file opening briefs on Nov. 23. A copy of the unopposed motion requesting the coordination is attached to this e-mail message.
