The Rop Plaintiffs want the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to review Judge Maloney's ruling.  The Sixth Circuit Clerk has assigned No. 20-2071 to the proceeding.  The Rop Plaintiffs' opening brief is due by Wed., Dec. 9, 2020; FHFA's principal brief is due by Fri., Jan. 8, 2021; and a reply brief is due by Fri., Jan. 29, 2021, according to the letter attached to this e-mail message.
