In the response attached to this e-mail message, the Fisher & Reid Plaintiffs say they don't object to Fairholme filing an amicus brief, but they don't agree with what Fairholme says in its proposed brief. The Fisher & Reid Plaintiffs will explain their disagreement in a reply they'll file early next week.
