Fairholme doesn't object to the government's motion to certify Chief Judge Sweeney's Dec. 6 Opinion to the Federal Circuit for review, and encourages Chief Judge Sweeney to ask the appellate tribunal to answer a couple of additional questions.  A copy of Fairholme's filing is attached to this e-mail message.
