The Collins Plaintiffs delivered their petition for review to the U.S. Supreme Court last week and a copy is attached to this e-mail message. The Collins Plaintiffs ask the High Court to review the constitutionality of FHFA's structure and how much of HERA should or shouldn't survive as a result. The Collins Plaintiffs recognize in footnote 1 appearing at pp. 5-7 of their petition it's very unusual for a party prevailing in a Circuit Court of Appeals to take an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
