In a joint filing yesterday the parties tell Judge Lamberth they didn't complete factual discovery by July 15 and need four additional months. With that in mind, the parties propose to extend the deadlines previously established and set Mon., Oct. 19, 2020, as the trial date for the shareholders' contract claims. A copy of the parties' joint motion and proposed scheduling order are attached to this e-mail message.
