The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit received and docketed Mr. Angel's appeal and set a a July 22 deadline for the parties to file any procedural requests and an Aug. 5 deadline by which the parties must file any dispositive motions.  A copy of the Clerk's scheduling order is attached to this e-mail message.  (not really) lol
