Judge Lamberth signed off on the parties' scheduling order directing:

-- discovery to wrap up by July 15, 2019; -- class certification and other pre-trial briefing to conclude by Dec. 31, 2019; and -- a trial on the shareholders' contract claims to begin on Nov. 19, 2020;
