Judge Lamberth dismissed Mr. Angel's complaint yesterday, and a copy of his written opinion is attached to this e-mail message. Judge Lamberth says that Virginia's five-year statute of limitation and Delaware's three-year statute of limitation apply to Mr. Angel's breach of contract and breach of implied covenant claims, so his lawsuit was filed too late.
