The parties have agreed amo13-mc-01288-0093g themselves that FHFA, Fannie and Freddie's answers to Fairholme, Arrowood and the Class Plaintiffs' complaints will be filed by Dec. 17, and ask Judge Lamberth to approve that six-day extension.  A copy of the parties' stipulation is attached to this e-mail message.
