The Justice Department sent Judge Martinotti a letter today confirming that Mr. Voacolo's complaint was served on Treasury on Feb. 13 and that FHFA and Treasury will file their motions to dismiss on Mar. 26.  A copy of the letter is attached to this e-mail message.17-cv-05667-0013
