Washington Federal has asked Judge Sweeney to extend the deadline for it to file an amended complaint by two weeks to Mar. 8, and that the government's deadline to file a renewed motion to dismiss be extended to June 29.  A copy of the request is attached to this e-mail message.13-385-0055
