Mr. Voacolo filed a fresh lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Aug. 2, 2017.  Last week, the parties agreed that:

(a) the complaint will be served on Treasury by Jan. 5; (b) FHFA will move to intervene and Mr. Voacolo won't object; (c) motions to dismiss will be filed by Feb. 14; and (d) Mr. Voacolo will respond to those motions to dismiss by Mar. 16.
