Mr. Sammons delivered a petition in the U.S. Supreme Court last week seeking review of the Fifth Circuit's decision upholding the Tucker Act and saying that claims against the government for more than $10,000 are properly handled in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.  A copy of that petition is attached to this e-mail message.  The government's response is due by Jan. 2, 2018.
