Our government filed its brief opposing Mr. Piszel's petition for a writ of certiorari yesterday, and a copy of that brief is attached to this e-mail message.  Ourg overnment urges the High Court to reject Mr. Pizel's petition; rubber stamp FHFA's directive to Freddie Mac to repudiate Mr. Pizel's employment contract and pay him nothing; and tell Mr. Piszel he shouldn't have relied on the terms of his employment agreement because he accepted employment in a highly regulated industry.16-1356-0005
