The Roberts Plaintiffs tell Judge Chang in Chicago the same thing the Saxton PLaintiffs told Chief Judge Reade yesterday: the Delaware Supreme Court's El Paso "corporate overpayment" decision is distinguishable from this case in which our government expropriated 100% of the economic value of citizens' GSE securities.  A copy of the Roberts Plaintiffs' Response filed earlier today is attached to this e-mail message.16-02107-0068
