*Without explanation, the Fourth Circuit extended the briefing schedule today so that:

(a) Jan. 17 is the deadline for Mr. Pagliara to file his Opening Brief and an Appendix;

(b) Feb. 21 is the deadline for Freddie Mac and FHFA to file their Responses; and

(c) Mar. 7 is the outside deadline for Mr. Pagliara to file a Reply.
