Ms. Robinson delivered a Response to FHFA' Notice concerning the Pagliara decision to the Kentucky court today, and a copy of that filing is attached to this e-mail message. Not surprisingly, Ms. Robinson disagrees with FHFA's interpretation of Judge Cacheris' decision.
