- June 17 -- FHFA and Freddie files motions to substitute and dismiss
- July 19 -- Mr. Pagliara files his responses to those motions
- July 29 -- FHFA and Freddie Mac file their replies
- Aug. 4 -- Hearing on motions to substitute and dismiss
