Rather than filing the Joint Status Report Judge Sweeney asked to be filed Friday, Fairholme and the government ask Judge Sweeney for permission to file that Report late and simultaneously tell her that they believe she should release her Order (Doc. 326) dated May 20, 2016, from seal.  A copy of today's (presumptuous) filing is attached to this e-mail message.13-465-0329

In response to: Under seal, Judge Sweeney issued her Order (Doc. 326) determining whether the Protective Order was violated on Fri., May 20.  Judge Sweeney has asked the parties to submit a joint status report today advising her if the order should remain sealed.
